Consent & Media Release Policy

Consent to Photograph & Record

By signing this agreement, the Client grants BD3 Productions, its representatives, employees, and agents the right to take photographs, record video/audio, and capture other media during the agreed-upon session or event.

Usage Rights

The Client agrees that BD3 Productions may use the captured content for the following purposes:

Marketing and promotional materials (e.g., website, social media, flyers, reels)

Portfolio displays (online and print)

Advertising campaigns

Event and business promotions

Competitions or awards

This includes both edited and unedited versions of the media.

Ownership & Copyright

All media captured by BD3 Productions remains the intellectual property of  BD3 Productions. The client receives personal usage rights to display, print, and share images/videos for non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Revocation of Consent

If at any time the Client wishes to revoke usage rights for future promotional use, a written request must be submitted to bd3productions24@gmail.com. While BD3 Productions will honor future use requests, previously distributed media (e.g., posted online or printed) may not be retracted.

Liability

BD3 Productions is not responsible for unauthorized use or reposting of content by third parties.
