By booking services with BD3 Productions (Company), the client (you) agrees to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.

Full payment must be completed before the delivery of any final media.

Late payments may incur a fee or result in a delay in services.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled session.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.

 

Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround time for photos is 7–10 business days; videos may take 14–21 business days unless otherwise agreed.

Rush delivery may be available at an additional cost.

 

Client Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information regarding the session (time, location, number of people, etc.).

You are responsible for securing all necessary permissions for shoot locations.

 

Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

BD3 Productions retains the copyright of all media produced.

Clients receive a license for personal or agreed-upon commercial use.

You may not alter, sell, or redistribute our content without written permission.

 

Limitations of Liability

BD3 Productions is not liable for any indirect damages, data loss, or missed opportunities resulting from the use of our services or media.

If unforeseen circumstances prevent us from fulfilling our duties, we will reschedule or refund at our discretion.
