Consent & Media Release Policy

Consent to Photograph, Record, and Capture Media

By booking, participating in a session, signing an agreement, or allowing BD3 Productions to provide services, the client grants BD3 Productions, its representatives, contractors, employees, and approved team members permission to photograph, record video, capture audio when applicable, and create other media during the agreed-upon session, event, or project.

This consent applies to photography, videography, behind-the-scenes content, promotional clips, social media content, and other related creative media captured during the service.

Permission to Use Media

​

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client grants BD3 Productions permission to use selected images, video clips, audio, behind-the-scenes content, and related media for business, portfolio, promotional, and marketing purposes.

This may include use on:

• BD3 Productions’ website

• Social media pages

• Online galleries or portfolio displays

• Printed or digital marketing materials

• Flyers, reels, highlight videos, advertisements, and promotional graphics

• Business presentations, showcases, competitions, awards, and creative displays

BD3 Productions will use media with intention and discretion, honoring the quality, context, and integrity of the captured work.

Edited and Unedited Media

​

BD3 Productions primarily releases edited and finalized media. Unedited or raw files are not included unless agreed to in writing.

BD3 Productions may use selected behind-the-scenes or preview content for promotional purposes when appropriate, but final public-facing media will be chosen according to BD3 Productions’ creative and brand standards.

Ownership & Copyright

All images, videos, edits, audio, graphics, and related media captured or created by BD3 Productions remain the intellectual property of BD3 Productions.

Clients receive personal usage rights to download, display, print, and share delivered media for non-commercial purposes unless a separate commercial license or written agreement is provided.

Clients may not sell, alter, filter, redistribute, license, or claim ownership of BD3 Productions’ work without written permission.

Client Privacy & Restricted Use Requests

Clients who do not want their images, videos, or media used publicly must notify BD3 Productions in writing before the session, event, or project begins.

BD3 Productions will honor approved privacy or restricted-use requests moving forward. Certain restrictions may need to be stated in the booking agreement, contract, or written communication before services are provided.

For minors, parent or legal guardian consent may be required before media is captured or used for promotional purposes.

Revocation of Consent

​

A client may request to revoke permission for future promotional use by submitting a written request to BD3 Productions.

Once received and approved, BD3 Productions will make reasonable efforts to stop future use of the specified media. However, previously published, printed, shared, reposted, distributed, or archived media may not be fully removable from third-party platforms, printed materials, social media shares, or external websites.

Third-Party Use

​

BD3 Productions is not responsible for unauthorized screenshots, downloads, reposts, edits, shares, or use of media by third parties after content has been published online or shared by the client.

Clients are encouraged not to alter, crop out watermarks when applicable, apply filters, or repost media in a way that misrepresents the quality or intent of the original work.

Agreement

​

By booking a session, participating in services, signing an agreement, submitting payment, or allowing media to be captured, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Consent & Media Release Policy.
